Our customer advisors at the Customer Center of the KVG will be happy to provide personal advice to you. You will find us on the ground floor of the Kurfürsten Galerie, which can be accessed directly from the Mauerstraße.

Here you will not only be able to purchase the tickets you need, but also get advice and information related to the use of our buses, trams and railway system, as well as the car sharing option offered by our partner Scouter or for the use of Nextbike rental bicycles in Kassel.
